According to Richard Skidmore, Gay Head Lighthouse Keeper, the new lighthouse opening hours are as follows:
| Daily, through mid-October | 11 am – 4 pm |
| Sunset tours, Thursdays | 6 pm – 8 pm |
Admission: Adults – $5, MV Museum members and children under 12 – FREE.
